The hero of my clinical trial has to switch treatments

Last night, I learned that the patient that showed the greatest results with my trial is now showing progression and will have to start a different treatment. I'm sad for him, for his wife, and for all of us still in the trial with high hopes that this will work. I need this trial to shrink at least the smallest of tumors so that I'm a candidate for other treatments that I am not right now. Peace in my journey, K
